By accessing and using the Medina Ladies Beauty Salon mobile application developed by Tarsoft Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions relating specifically to the use of the Medina Rewards System feature.
The Medina Ladies Beauty Salon Medina Rewards System allows users to earn and redeem points through eligible purchases or actions within the App. Points earned are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be used within the Medina Ladies Beauty Salon App.
We reserve the right to revoke points or suspend accounts if any fraudulent activity, abuse, or manipulation of the loyalty system is detected.
We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Medina Ladies Beauty Salon Medina Rewards System at any time without liability. Any remaining points may become void upon termination of the program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal information. Upon successful deletion, your Medina Ladies Beauty Salon account and all associated personal information will be removed from our system. Please refer to this page on steps how to delete your account.
